As part of our production model, we do not stock inventory; all items are made to order to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Because of this, minimum order quantities are required for each production run. Once your order meets the minimum and is scheduled, you will receive email notifications confirming when it enters production, along with any additional updates to keep you informed throughout the process. Logo designs may be printed using either screen printing or the DTF (Direct-to-Film) method, depending on the design and production needs. 

Screen printing also known as silk screening is a traditional process where thick, high-quality Plastisol inks are applied on top of the fabric rather than being absorbed into the garment. This method creates a durable print designed to last through regular wear and washing.

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern method where the design is first printed onto a special transfer film using specialized inks. A powdered adhesive is then applied, cured with heat, and the design is heat-pressed onto the garment. This process creates a strong, flexible bond and produces a crisp, long-lasting print.

All logos, designs, and branding materials associated with The Big Hoof Foundation are the exclusive property of the organization. These visual assets are protected under copyright laws, and no individual, group, or external organization is permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them in any form without express written permission from The Big Hoof Foundation. Unauthorized use of the foundation’s logos on shirts, merchandise, digital media, promotional materials, or any other platform is strictly prohibited. The Big Hoof Foundation reserves the right to take legal action against any misuse or infringement to protect its identity, mission, and brand integrity.
