Before there was Big Hoof Foundation, Fletcher Farms Amarillo is where it all began. Our for profit farm that we started as what was going to be a hobby. What started as a farm eventually grew into something much bigger with the creation of Big Hoof Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing draft horses and donkeys and providing them with a safe place to live out their lives.
Today, Fletcher Farms Amarillo is home to the rescued horses and donkeys of Big Hoof Foundation. It's where they find friendship, freedom, and a permanent place to call home.
