Like many horses of his age, Bear shows signs of arthritis and may appear a bit stiff when walking, but his spirit remains as strong as ever.
 
Bear is a Brabant Draft cross, a remarkable breed that is considered endangered. Originating in Belgium, Brabant horses are known for their incredible strength, gentle temperament, and versatility in work and companionship. By providing care for Bear, we are also helping preserve the legacy of this rare and treasured breed.
